the car series has been a project i've been obsessing over for a while. I enjoy composing the figural elements of the the subjects in relationship to the cars. Some are inspired by photos I found online of photographs taken of regular people, sports figure, entertainers. there is an aspirational lifestyle associated with certain cars maybe even a cult following with the cars and the years they were made. Most of cars chosen are from the late 80’s and 90’s.
